When Typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before 8am: 

• Clinic  will be closed until the signal is lowered 

• Clinic will reopen 2 hours after the signal No. 8 is lowered, if this takes effect by 2:00 pm or earlier

When Typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted during office hours: 

• Patients-in-waiting will be attended to as scheduled 

• All other patients will be individually informed to reschedule their appointments by telephone at once 

• Clinic will be closed once all of the above arrangements are completed 
    

Black Rain 

When the Black Rain signal is hoisted before 8:00 am: 

• Clinic  will be closed until the signal is lowered 

• Clinic  will reopen 2 hours after the Black Rain signal is lowered, if this takes effect by 2:00 pm or earlier

When the Black Rain signal is hoisted during office hours: 

• Clinic  will be closed at the discretion of the clinic manager
